Monday, August 11. NYSC 62nd and Broadway. 7:30 p.m.
Tuesday, August 12. NYSC Murray Hill (34th and Park). 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, August 23. NYSC at 145th Street. 11:30 a.m. Hatha Yoga.
