Summer Subbing

Sometimes sub gigs happen really quickly and last-minute. When advance notice is a possibility, I'll post subbing gigs here.

Current Summer Subbing Sked:

Thursday, August 7. NYSC in Cobble Hill (Brooklyn). 7:45 p.m. Hatha Yoga.

Sunday, August 10. NYSC Murray Hill (34th and Park). 11:45 a.m. Hatha Yoga.

Monday, August 11. NYSC 62nd and Broadway. 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, August 12. NYSC Murray Hill (34th and Park). 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, August 23. NYSC at 145th Street. 11:30 a.m. Hatha Yoga.

I have some sub dates lined up for September as well. Will post in the next few weeks, along with more updates.

Upcoming Subbing

On Sunday, August 10, I will be subbing at the NYSC at 34th Street and Park Avenue. This Vinyasa Yoga class starts at 11:45 a.m.

A lot of times the sub gigs are very last-minute, but I'll post the ones I know about ahead of time on here.

New Class

Come see me at the NYSC location at 125th Street. This hour-long Club Yoga class takes place on Fridays at 6:30 p.m.

I'm also planning to continue subbing at NYSC locations around town, and will post updates here whenever possible.
